Send feedback from the app
Settings > Feedback: choose suggestion, request, problem or complaint, write your message and tap Send. Add your e-mail address if you'd like a reply. The app version and device model are attached so we can help faster.
Restore my purchases
Settings > See Pro > Restore Purchases. Pro unlocks on every device signed in with the same Apple Account.
Cancel the subscription
iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Truewall. Pro stays active until the end of the period; your projects are not deleted.
Back up and move to another device
Settings > Backup > Export backup saves all projects as one file to iCloud Drive; on the other device choose Restore from backup. Restoring never deletes a project.
Recover a deleted project
Recover it within 30 days from Recently Deleted, at the bottom of the project list or in Settings.
For a more accurate scan
Light the room well, open the doors, hold the phone at chest height and walk slowly. If you measure one wall with a tape and enter it as a control measurement, the whole plan is corrected to match.
